| Tuyến metro số 1 (Bến Thành – Suối Tiên) đang được xây dựng và dự kiến sẽ hoàn thiện kỹ thuật vào quý IV năm 2023. Tuyến đường sắt này có đoạn đi ngầm dài 2,6 km qua 3 ga và đoạn đi trên cao dài 17,1 km qua 11 ga với tổng chiều dài là 19,7 km |

| Đầu năm 2022, công viên bến Bạch Đằng trên đường Tôn Đức Thắng (quận 1) đã mở cửa cho người dân tham quan sau hơn nửa năm thi công. Trước đó vào tháng 4/2021, TPHCM quyết định chỉnh trang toàn bộ công viên từ cột cờ Thủ Ngữ đến dự án khu phức hợp Sài Gòn – Ba Son với tổng diện tích hơn 18.600 m2. Dự án chia làm hai giai đoạn. |

| Nằm cạnh công viên bến Bạch Đằng là cầu Thủ Thiêm 2 được khánh thành vào dịp lễ 30/4 năm nay. Ông Phan Văn Mãi, Chủ tịch UBND TPHCM, cho biết cầu Thủ Thiêm 2 là công trình hạ tầng giao thông đặc biệt quan trọng, góp phần tiếp thêm động lực phát triển cho khu đô thị sáng tạo, tương tác cao phía đông thành phố và cũng là điểm nhấn kiến trúc trong tổng thể cảnh quan sông Sài Gòn. |
